At Ghar Saaz, we strive to provide high-quality household essentials and décor items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • The product must not fall under the non-returnable items category (see Section 4).

  • Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. In case of a seller error, we will provide a return shipping label.

  • Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the return.

  1. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a seller error.

  1. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Used, damaged, or altered products (unless received in that condition).

  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.

  1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.

  • If an item is unavailable for exchange, a full refund or store credit will be provided.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as applicable.
