Return and refund policy

At Ghar Saaz, we strive to provide high-quality household essentials and décor items. We offer a straightforward return and refund process in case you need to return a product.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 2 to 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • The product must not fall under the non-returnable items category (see Section 4).


Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. In case of a seller error, we will provide a return shipping label.

Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the return.


Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a seller error.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Used, damaged, or altered products (unless received in that condition).

  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products within 2 to 3 days of delivery.

If an item is unavailable for exchange, a full refund or store credit will be provided.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as applicable.
